Gift of Health PRESENTS Lifestyle Journal
The Real Problem Isn’t Knowledge
Most people already know what supports their health. They know they should:
Eat nourishing foods
Move their body regularly
Manage stress
Sleep better
Slow down and take care of themselves
But knowing something and living it every day are two very different things.
This gap between Knowing and Doing is where most people struggle- not because they don't care, and not because they lack discipline. But because....
Information alone rarely changes behaviour.
What actually changes the brain is awareness and repetition
Many people blame themselves when healthy habits don't last. They think: “Why can’t I stay consistent?”
But the real problem is not willpower.
The brain doesn't change because it's told what to do.
The brain changes because of what it repeatedly notices.
When life gets busy or overwhelming, the brain needs gentle structure, not pressure or guilt.
That’s the missing link.
Healthy habits fail when they rely only on information and willpower.
Information tells you what to do.
Willpower tries to force it.
But lasting behavior change happens in a different way.
The brain changes through awareness and repetition.
When we regularly notice our patterns—without judgment—the brain naturally begins to adjust them.
Small shifts begin to happen.
Not through pressure.
But through understanding

DESIGNED FOR REAL LIFE
Many journals fall into two categories:
completely blank (leaving you to create your own system) or overly rigid (forcing you into a structure that doesn’t fit real life).
The Well-Being Journal is different.
It combines guidance with flexibility, allowing you to build a personalized daily practice that works for your life.
Inside the journal, you’ll find thoughtfully designed pages that support you across all areas of well-being:
Track sleep and energy
Reflect on your day
Monitor lifestyle habits
Practice gratitude and awareness
Plan meals and grocery lists
Track exercise and movement
Build daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reflections
You feel more aware.
You notice patterns in your habits.
You make healthier choices more naturally.
You feel more connected to your body and your life.
And the changes start to compound.
Not through pressure.
But through awareness.

The decision is yours alone to make. I urge you to take advantage of the opportunity in front of you. But before I sign-off, ask yourself:
If you were 12 months in the future, looking back on this moment, and your life were still exactly the same — would you be okay with that?
Up until recently, the only people who had access to the daily checklist of the journal (the one you're getting for free) were my 1 yr Gift of Health Mentorship students.
Membership for that is $9,997 per year.
Membership for that is $25,000 USD per year, and we have over 60 members who gladly pay that.
Our standalone price for our High Ticket Sales Funnels course on our website is $997.
And that does not include the THREE Pre-Built funnels you are about to get for FREE.
I want to get this in the hands of as many agency owners as possible.

My Well-Being Journal was created by Dr. Shobha Rayapudi, a lifestyle medicine physician who has spent years helping people translate health information into daily, sustainable habits.
In working with patients, Dr. Rayapudi saw the same pattern over and over again: people knew what they “should” be doing, but struggled to turn that knowledge into daily action—especially during stressful or busy seasons of life.
This journal was born out of that experience. It is designed to honor how the brain actually changes—through gentle awareness, repetition, and self-compassion—so that healthier habits can truly last.
The System you build around a behaviour matters more than how motivated you feel when you decide to do a task.
No. Anyone who wants to build healthier habits can use it. Whether you’re managing a specific condition, supporting your fitness goals, or simply wanting to feel better in your daily life, this journal provides a gentle, structured way to pay attention and grow.
Most people spend about 5–10 minutes per day with the journal. It’s designed to be simple enough to use even on busy days, while still deep enough to create meaningful awareness over time.
No. You don’t need any prior journaling experience. The journal guides you step-by-step with clear prompts and simple layouts, so you always know what to do next.
You’ll receive a digital (PDF) version of the journal. You can either print it and write by hand, or use it on a tablet with a stylus or note-taking app—whichever feels most natural to you.
That’s completely okay. This journal is not about perfection. You can simply return to it the next day. The goal is to build a kind, sustainable relationship with your health, not to fill every single page.
